Das PEAK LIGHT 40 ist unser alpines Leichtgewicht und Ihr Begleiter für anspruchsvolle alpine Touren. Er ist extrem leicht, technisch und dank des klimatisierenden SWISSWOOL TEC Strick-Rückensystems noch funktioneller. Mit einem Packvolumen von 40 Litern bietet dieser Rucksack ausreichend Platz für mehrtägige Skitouren – ohne Kompromisse beim Komfort einzugehen.

Dieser Rucksack ist sehr robust und dennoch unglaublich leicht dank der Verwendung von besonders reiß- und abriebfestem Nylon 420D Oxford-Material. Dieser Nylonstoff ist eines der leichtesten Materialien, die wir für unsere Rucksäcke verwenden. Durch die PU-Beschichtung ist das Material zudem wasserfest.

Die neue Dreieckskonstruktion des Deckels ermöglicht eine variable Verstellung mit Seilbefestigung ohne Verrutschen. Der Deckel ist vollständig abnehmbar oder im Hauptfach verstaubar. Bei Aufbewahrung im Hauptfach lässt sich der Reißverschluss des Deckels noch leicht öffnen. Das Deckelfach weist zwei Abschnitte auf. Die versiegelten Nähte machen den Deckel komplett wasserdicht.

Und wir haben weitere wichtige Features integriert: Der PEAK LIGHT 40 Alpin-Tourenrucksack verfügt über eine Seil- und Eispickelfixierung, Lastkontrollschnüre, Helmnetz, Materialschlaufen, Hüfttasche, ein Kartenfach und einen umlaufenden Reißverschluss für einen schnellen, frontalen Zugang zum Hauptfach. Die Sicherheitsausrüstung wird mittels eines Sicherheitsaufsatzes sicher im Inneren gehalten. Zu den serienmäßigen ORTOVOX-Rucksackmerkmalen gehören außerdem eine Notfallkarte, ein Brustgurt mit Signalpfeife, ein Kompressionsgurt, eine helle Innenfarbe, eine Kompatibilität mit dem Hydrationssystem und eine Skihalterung. SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT Rückensystem
Das SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT RÜCKENSYSTEM steht für die innovative Synthese eines technischen Schaumrückens aus heißgepresster Schweizer Wolle, die mit einem 3D-Hightech-Strickgewebe überzogen ist. Die Wollpolster werden in den Zonen verwendet, die mit dem Rücken in Berührung kommen, und speichern große Mengen an Feuchtigkeit, ohne sich nass zu fühlen.

The PEAK LIGHT 40 is our alpine lightweight and your companion for demanding alpine tours. It is extremely light, technical and even more functional thanks to the climate-controlling SWISSWOOL TEC KNIT back system. With a packing volume of 40 liters, this backpack provides sufficient space for multi-day ski tours – without compromising on comfort. This backpack is very robust yet incredibly light thanks to the use of particularly tear and abrasion resistant Nylon 420D Oxford material.

This nylon fabric is one of the lightest materials that we use for our backpacks. The material is also water-resistant thanks to its PU coating. The new triangular construction of the lid allows for variable adjustment with rope fastening without slippage. The lid is completely removable or storable in the main compartment. When stored in the main compartment, the lid’s zipper can still be easily opened. The lid compartment has two sections. Taped seams make the lid completely waterproof. And we have integrated additional important features: The PEAK LIGHT 40 alpine touring backpack comes with a rope and ice axe fixation, load control cords, helmet net, material loops, hip pocket, a map compartment and a circumferential zipper for quick, front access to the main compartment. Safety equipment is held securely inside by means of a safety attachment. In addition, standard ORTOVOX backpack features include an emergency card, chest strap with signal whistle, compression strap, bright interior color, hydration system compatibility and a ski holder. These clever features, low weight and the innovative back system make the PEAK LIGHT a highly functional alpine touring backpack where doing without means greater functionality. SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT back system The SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT BACK SYSTEM stands for the innovative synthesis of a technical foam back with heat-pressed swiss wool covered with a 3D high-tech knitted fabric. The wool pads are used in the zones that come into contact with the back, storing large volumes of moisture without feeling wet. SCALED DOWN TO REDUCE WEIGHT The total weight of 1200g* can be reduced by a further 420g* by simply remocing in the top, hip fins, aluminium frame for the back and other external fastening options.
